Development and Fixed Asset Accountant

Sabre has been asked to identify an ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified Development and Fixed Asset Accountant to join our client, a leading property business based in London. The ideal candidate will be experienced in areas such as cash flow analysis, financial planning and modelling as well as possessing hands on experience of year end processes and the completion of statutory accounts of fixed assets and disposals.

The chosen individual will manage a team of 2 and will work closely with both the finance and development department to ensure that all schemes are monitored from their early stages of appraisal through to completion. There is an urgent need to improve processes particularly around the fixed asset register so it is vital that candidates are able to demonstrate previous working examples of doing so.

KEY SKILLS

- ACCA or equivalent qualified with relevant experience
- Excellent level of accounting awareness including reconciliations, journal entry preparation...
- In depth knowledge of cash flow analysis, financial planning and modelling
- Experience and desire to improve and implement process change
