Front End developer: UI5, Node.JS and SAP XS(A) - 4months + - Arnhem/Remote

The IT developer takes care of the design, development and maintenance of applications. Carries for the optimal operation of one or more systems based on in-depth knowledge of the technology and functionality. The developer analyses problems, identifies trends, sees opportunities and improvements and translates this into suitable solutions. Set up functional requirements for this, communicate with product owner and/or business colleagues, design, develop, testing and support. Work together in Agile DevOps team with other developers.

For an application that shows information from different sources on a map in UI5, we need Front End developers. This application offers users the possibility to enter data via various wizards and to find them on the map again. This data comes from a HANA database via XS services in a HANA 2.0 system in an XSA application and is processed via NodeJS and eventually ends up in UI5. In UI5, we also use the ESRI ArcGIS Javascript library to display, filter, and render the map layer data in different ways.

They work in a Scrum team (physical presence at least three days a week - location Arnhem) and connect directly with the product owner to create the right solution. We also have a lot of freedom from the development team in the direction of the solution and agree these directions with the product owner.

Required skills:

- Good understanding of Javascript
- Knowledge of UI5 and Node.JS development
- Knowledge of SAP XS (A) development
- Can work well together in multidisciplinary teams
- Known with Agile method SCRUM
- Pré: Knowledge of Geographic data and how to deal with this
- Pré: Knowledge of the ESRI ArcGIS Javascript library

Full-time available minimum 38 >hours 3 days per week working at location Arnhem.

Start date: ASAP September 2018

Duration: project planned until end 2018

Rate: depending on your experience

Location: 3 days Arnhem/2 days remote
