ORACLE DATABASE ADMINISTRATION (WINDOWS ENVIRONMENT)

We are currently looking for a ORACLE DATABASE ADMINISTRATION (WINDOWS ENVIRONMENT) for a long term contract based in Belgium.

ORACLE DATABASE ADMINISTRATION (WINDOWS ENVIRONMENT): will be responsible for the following:

- Support for Oracle Forms and reports + web based solutions
- Performance tuning and capacity monitoring
- Data security, backup and recovery
- Interface Scripting, handling, scheduling

ORACLE DATABASE ADMINISTRATION (WINDOWS ENVIRONMENT): will ideally have the following skills and experience:

- Oracle 9i/11g (and 12) database administration
- Oracle Forms and reports
- Application management in windows
- Knowledge of SQL server
- Dutch Speaking
- Windows server OS (2003,2008,2012) is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills
- Capable of working under pressure in a demanding but supportive environment
- Ability to lead and motivate team-members
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong problem solving skills and logical approach
- Ability to project manage, end to end
- Good judging and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
