Developer SOA TIBCO EAI WOA (XML EDI) Specialist (Multiple positions)

Our client is looking for a medior/senior SOA developer. as SOA
Developer will be responsible for designing, constructing and defending the technical and/or application architecture choices made for a (customer) demand. within project management and Within the field, you are a recognized expert. You have a key role in a variety of challenging projects. You are responsible for the development of interfaces and (web) services within the Service Oriented Architecture. You can write design documents, but most of all build and test your own software and supports testers and users as well as the year and medior developers. You enable this feature with many intermediate and senior Designers and fellow developers. Through your contribution to the SOA solutions, you build it to the new flexible, fast IT environment. The main components in the integration domain of consumers based on TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks and TIBCO EMS. The work will take place primarily from the office in Rotterdam.

Activities
Create complex (re) programming.
Quality of the software (wo organize peer reviews)
Manageability of existing and future programs (compliance with coding standards, but also non-functionals as performance, hardware fittings, etc.)
Ensuring proper arrangements to other parties in the chain (test, deployment, management)
Responsible for the efficient development process (using version either
locking of source code, maintaining code standards, achieving tricks, etc.)
Supervising junior and medior fellow developers within the team.
Responsible for securing innovation cycle time and costs.

Profile
College or university education Be it work/thinking level or related discipline
with a substantial ICT component
Extensive knowledge of integration concepts such as EAI, SOA and WOA
Extensive knowledge of messaging patterns such publisch/subscribe, point-to-point,
synchronous/asynchronous, guaranteed delivery, etc and able to self messaging patterns to propose integration issues.
Minimum 5 years experience with Tibco Business Works
Experience with other Tibco modules is a plus
Experience with TIBCO EMS.
Experience in the Dutch energy market is a plus.
Knowledge of non-XML message standards such as EDI is a plus.
Flexible, customizable and a team player
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in Dutch and English language both oral and written
