Our client is the world's leading computer components manufacturing company seeking a Developer experienced in online Instructional Design/Development. This candidate will work with the Lead Instructional Designer in designing and developing web-based performance support including job aids, demos, step action tables, and release notes. May involve some Technical Writing. Applicants must provide samples of work.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

- Experience in authoring with content management systems, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, snagit and camtasia
- Experience w/Flash, HTML, XML a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask and schedule effectively using Outlook
- Ability to work in a virtual online environment using Live Meeting, Communicator, SharePoint, phone collaboration meetings
- Ability to work effectively under pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative and team-oriented environment
- Working knowledge of standard software, such as Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Acrobat
