SENIOR HADOOP DEVELOPER

6 months project for developing a predictive analytics workflow engine hosted in cloud using big data technologies.

Looking for a Hadoop developer with passion for cutting edge big data development.

MUST HAVE:

5 years' experience in Hadoop, HDFS, Map Reduce

5 years' experience in J2EE, Spring, Hibernate

5 years' experience in Eclipse, Maven, JUnit

5 years' experience in Linux, Windows

5 years' experience in SCRUM, Object Oriented Design, Design Patterns, TDD

Bachelor's degree in relevant major

NICE TO HAVE:

3 years' experience in Pig, Hive, HBase, Sqoop, Oozie

3 years' experience in Play Framework, OSGi, Scala

3 years' experience in Perforce

3 years' experience in JIRA

3 years' experience in Microsoft Azure, HDInsight, Amazon Web Services, Elastic Map Reduce

3 years' experience in building workflow engines

3 years' experience in handling gene sequence data with Hadoop

3 years' experience in processing images with Hadoop

3 years' experience in Healthcare projects

NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS:
