Projektbeschreibung
- Demonstrate extensive development experience in the areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related (partner) vendor products to enhance the client’s business functionality and overall performance.
- Developers will form a ‘component competence group’ and will provide their advanced skills to agile delivery teams they will (individually) be part of.
- Responsibility for the successful implementation of processes, solutions and products related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM within the client organisation.

- Service functionality in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Service processes in the financial industry

Technical
- Understanding of the technical integration Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

- Experience with agile project methodologies
- Solid experience working in a cross-functional development team
Preferred skills

past
- Prior experience with CRM software, preferably in the area of product management,
contract management, order management, and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) processes

- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Focused and effective in problem solving
- Self-motivated, ability to pick up things quickly
- Language: English, preferred German
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end software implementation projects
- Project experience with one or many billing platforms is preferred
