Je functie: Job Mission
- We are looking for an experienced ASP/VB6
- Support the regression testing of all impacted applications;
- Prepare the installation instructions for the Visual Basic based applications;
- Prepare the installation instruction for the setup of the ASP and COM+ based websites on IIS;
- Collaborate with the production support teams to set the environments (Access rights, firewalls…);
- Ensure a smooth/successful transition to the production (steady-state) environment (Installation, data migration, batch scheduling…);
- Organize knowledge transfer to the L2 Support team;
- Participate in UAT deployments and production deployments;
Je profiel: Key Profile
- Solid experience in a similar role
- Experience in working with databases
- Experience in SQL Server technology (SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2008/12, Data Transformation Services…)
- Knowledge of Visual Basic 6.0, ASP, COM+
- Experience in configuring websites on IIS
- Fluent in English
- Able to work independently
