Projektbeschreibung
BACKGROUND: Brussels based international bank, seeking a Developer/Analyst Programmer to join the bank's Finance department in the development of new tactical tools and to provide ad hoc support on existing applications. Tactical tools are mainly produced as MS-Excel XLS solutions, making use of macros and sometimes MS-Access and/or SQL solutions.
TASKS:
- understand business requirements and develop new tools from end to end;
- quickly analyse existing tools, debug and find solutions;
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE (MINIMUM 2 YEARS):
- Microsoft Excel, XLS;
- Macros in Excel
- Microsoft Access;
- SQL language.
At least some experience in banking or the finance department of a large company;
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:
- knowledge of Oracle BI and BI Publisher;
- knowledge of Oracle EBS.
