-Ability to follow-up code review activities of technical teams using SMARTBEAR 8.x code review tools
-Ability to assist in defining and planning code review activities and standards
-Ability to respect high level of quality assurance in reviewing activities and to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
-Ability to respect ITIL v3 based documented service management processes
-Ability to use Sparks Enterprise Architect tool 11.x (corporate Edition)
-Certification in ITIL v3
-Ability to write/speak/understand English (level B min).
Expertise in either domain(s);
-Java and ColdFusion code review
