Dev Ops Engineer

I am currently looking for a Dev Ops Engineer for a long term contract based in Swiss

THE A DEV OPS ENGINEER WILL BE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE FOLLOWING:

- Being part of Integration Center of Expertise as a DevOps expert.
- Participate to the elaboration of Continuous integration/deployment architecture definition and implementation based on Puppet Enterprise software.
- Understand the skyguide hybrid environment (SOA enables/non SOA enabled),
- Propose industry best practices to run an optimized Release Management process controlling the deployed staging area (Integration/Validation/Pre-Production/Production)
- Propose technical solutions on how to setup the Release Management toolset (Puppet Enterprise, Artefactory, GIT and Jenkins)

End products/project outcome/Targets and Measures

- Technical document describing how to deploy and use the Release Management toolse
- Release Management toolset in place
- Provide Best Practices and return on experience using the Release Management toolset with TIBCO products (BusinessWorks, EMS Hawk etc )
- Part of customer projects and Integration Center of Excellence ramp up
- Bring a hands on expertise on Puppet Enterprise, Artefactory, GIT and Jenkins & solution packaging to deploy both SOA business services and standalone applications in a seamless way.

THE A DEV OPS ENGINEER WILL IDEALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:

Technical competences and skills

- DevOps expertise
- Release Management
- Configuration Management
- Auditing
- Software deployment and packaging

Experience in Tools

- Systems: Linux, Windows administrator
- Continuous integration/Continuous
- Deployment: GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, Puppet Enterprise
- Misc: Chocolatey
- DevOps
