Desktop Technology Support Analyst

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST to join our client in Wilmington, DE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide both basic and advanced on-site desktop support
- Deliver timely resolution to desktop problems with minimal supervision
- Experience with designing and supporting high-end workstations and desktops
- Provide rotational phone support between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
- Work closely with investment systems team to deploy new software products
- Create and maintain computer images using Symantec Ghost
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain desktop support documentation
- Proactively work to implement enhancements to current desktop support workflows
- Desktop hardware and software support in a Windows XP/7 environment
- Share rotating phone coverage with Desktop Support Team members
- Provide Audio/Visual support as needed
- Enter tickets in call tracking system
- Manage hardware and software inventory
- Assist with migration to Microsoft Office 365

Job Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience supporting complex desktop configurations
- Undergraduate degree with two to four (2-4) years related practical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Problem solving ability with a strong technical aptitude
- Ability to independently resolve a broad range of desktop support issues in a timely, customer-focused manner
- Experience with MS Active Directory
- Experience with SCCM 2007 and 2013
- Experience with investment systems
- Experience with MS Office 2010
- Experience with MS Outlook 2010 and Lotus Notes 8.5
- Experience with configuring iPhones using active sync and LN Traveler
