Projektbeschreibung
Desktop Technician required to support internal and remote customers in technical issues relating to Hardware and software such as Desktops, Laptops, PDA's, Printers and Cisco VOIP.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting the issues, recording the issue and working with the customer to solve the fault either remotely or at the deskside. You will adhere to change process and follow up any open tickets to service level agreements.
Candidates must be experienced in working within Desktop and Laptop support, Cisco VOIP or equivalent phones and Smart Phone (PDA's) Experience of updating software technologies, supporting Windows Operating systems XP, 2007, 2008 and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience of working within and ITIL environment is highly desirable but not essential for the role.
