DESKTOP TECHNICIAN RIO RANCHO, NM ONGOING CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

Our client is the worlds leading computer components manufacturer seeking a qualified Tech Support resource.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Analyzing desktops, Servers, hardware, software, and operating systems
- Building machines from scripted images
- Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues
- Maintain good documentation
- Working with vendors for warranty issues
- Providing support in a standalone and or networked environments
- Collecting requests from customers onsite
