Desktop Technician

DESKTOP TECHNICIAN CHANDLER, AZ ONGOING CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Analyzing and supporting desktops/laptops, various software/applications, and operating systems
- Building machines from scripted images/general break-fix duties
- Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving user issues
- Maintain good documentation
- Working with vendors for warranty issues
- Providing support in a standalone and or networked environments
- Collecting requests from customers on-site

REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to work an 8am 5pm shift Monday- Friday
- Must be able to pass 10 year criminal background check & drug screen
- Physical requirements of position: able to lift up to 70 lbs.
