For this position as a DESKTOP SUPPORT TECH with a world-renowned computer manufacturing company, you will be performing a wide variety of desktop support activities. Your responsibilities will include analysis of desktops, hardware, software, and operating systems; hardware and software installations; user administration; troubleshooting; documentation; and application configuration.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 1-3 years related work experience
- Hands-on experience with a variety of hardware platforms running Windows Operating systems
- Solid desktop support and troubleshooting skills for PCs and Servers
- Basic networking skills
- Experience with remote access, VPN, and backup/recovery
- A+ certification preferred
- Must be enthusiastic and adept at problem solving
- Professional who enjoys learning new skills
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 1 PM - 12 AM, MON, THURS, SAT, SUN
