Your responsibilities may include things like: analysis of desktops, hardware, software, and operating systems; hardware and software installations; user administration; troubleshooting; documentation; and application configuration.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience within Help Desk, Deskside, or PC Tech support capacity
- Strong Windows OS experience, ideally on Win 7 and XP
- MS Office application support experience
- Experience working in a customer service capacity
- A+ certification preferred
- Ability to work an 8am - 5pm shift Monday- Friday
- Must be able to pass 10 year criminal background check, drug screen
- Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs.
