RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provides technical documentation of Application Issues and compatibility with Windows 7 to be used by end-users and seasoned technical staff.
- Troubleshoots and resolves desktop application installations.
- Follows process to perform testing.
- Works with senior technical staff to identify root cause, workarounds, next steps.

SKILLS
Must have 5+ years of general IT experience. Solid technical knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems(Windows XP, Windows 7 and DOS is required, 8+ years of experience. Ability to create technical documentation used by end-users and seasoned technical staff is essential, 2+ years of experience. Must have 2+ years of previous experience working in an environment with more than 500 client systems. Experience in a "Locked-Down" "Secure" Environment is critical, 1+ years of experience. Proficiency with Office 2010 and Common Business Apps is needed, 2+ years of experience. Must have 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and resolving desktop application installations. Excellent communication skills(spoken/written English) are needed.

Desired Experience:
Experience with WIM and/or Ghost based deployments; Application remediation experience; Application packaging experience (Admin Studio/Wise/Orca); Exposure to ITIL standards; Organized; Able to work to a schedule; Strong people skills.
Minimum HS Diploma/GED; College education desirable.
