Projektbeschreibung
The Desktop Support Analyst is a key contributor to the provision of customer service within the organisation and is responsible for providing friendly and efficient 1st and 2nd level support from receipt of Helpdesk ticket through to resolution or escalation to Level 3 team where necessary.
To be considered for this role you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to demonstrate two to three years relevant experience including:
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows platform.
- PC Build
- ITIL
- Asset Management
- Demonstrable superior diagnostic skills
- Hardware Support
- IPhone/Blackberry Support
The role will be working to strict ITIL principles to maintain the best possible levels of service quality and availability to minimise service downtime.
