2ND Line Desktop Support Engineer required for 3 month contract with our Global IT Services company based in Dublin. MUST be available ASAP

This 2ND Line Desktop Support Engineer will be supporting/troubleshooting hardware, software issues for internal users over the telephone and at the users desktop.

The 2ND Line Desktop Support Engineer MUST be live or be able to get to Dublin on a daily basis.

The Desktop Engineer must have proven experience in an enterprise environment and in a busy environment.

The 2ND Line Desktop Engineer must have proven experience working in a 2ND Line Support role.
