- Provide desktop support for internal Hardware software issue.
- Support customer needs, multi tasks, flexible daily environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience supporting a corporate environment.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving Win 7,8 issues.
- Experience resolving network connectivity issues, VPN, TCP/IP issues.
- Experience working with Android, iPhone and other portable devises.
- Work well in a team environment to achieve team goals.
