Projektbeschreibung
This position is responsible for providing level 1 support for everyday service requests relating to PC, server, and network hardware and software problems and malfunctions; interacting and consulting with clients to manage client satisfaction; providing guidance, assistance, and follow-up on client inquiries.
SHIFT: MON-FRIDAY (8AM-5PM) WITH OCCASIONAL WEEKEND WORK
- 2-3 years of experience supporting a corporate environment.
- Provide desktop support for internal hardware/software issue.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving Win 7, 8 issues, resolving network connectivity issues, VPN, TCP/IP issues.
- Also, needs experience working with Android, iPhone and other portable devices.
- Support customer needs, multi tasks, flexible daily environment.
- Work well in a team environment to achieve team goals.
