Growing and stable company has an immediate need for a Desktop Support Technician for a long-term contract. In this role, you will work on bright team to support about 400 users, primarily all of which are on-site. They are mostly an HP shop, Windows environment, and use Blackberries extensively. Hours are standard 8 to 5pm. Must have excellent communication skills.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

- Strong desktop and phone skills. 3+ years supporting customers in a corporate environment.
- Strong experience regarding the installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of desktop and laptop computer systems.
- Blackberry & BES (KEY REQUIREMENT)
- Microsoft Office 2003 & 2010 suite, Active Directory
- Desktop operating systems such as Windows XP and Windows 7
- Desktop and Laptops (HP)
- Desktop and network printers (HP Remedy
- iPhone/iPad with IOS experience
- MS Lync, any Cisco
