One of our clients is looking for a Desktop Support Technician in order to reinforce a dynamic team in a prosperous company.
Tasks:
- Resolve software and hardware incidents
- Assist unsers wioth IT logins
- INstall and onfigure new IT Equipment
- Resolve printers issuers
- lead day to day support operations
- support teleconferencing and videa systems
- onsite and remote hand for server and networkings teams
Experience/Qualifications
- Previouse xperience as support in an company
- Very good IT interest
- about 3 years experience
- Very good skills in Exchange, SMTP, VPN, LAN, cabling and networking
- MCSE certification
- English: Fluent
