Desktop Support Technician

Our client in the Philadelphia area is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team.

This is a 3+ month contract to start, with the potential to extend from there. This is with a well-known, global organization with extensive career opportunity.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

- Perform desktop moves during office renovation
- Ensure all ports are enabled in patch panel
- Troubleshooting as needed
- Potentially help Windows 8 rollout, and standard desktop support
- Communicate effectively with users

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Some Desktop Support experience including:
- Desktop moves (packaging, setup, inventory, etc.)
- Ensuring ports are enabled and everything is plugged in properly
- Troubleshooting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related is highly preferred
