DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN MILWAUKEE, WI 6 MONTH CONTRACT

OVERVIEW:

- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Provides printer support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 1-3 years of IT experience including laptops, desktops, and printers
- A+ certification preferred but not required
- Break-fix experience
- Remote support experience
- Good customer service skills a must
- Communication and interpersonal/customer service skills required
- Ability to work with all levels of an organization required
- Ability to multitask and follow through on all work required
