DESKTOP SUPPORT TECH EXTON, PA 9 MONTH CONTRACT

We are seeking an IT candidate to provide support Windows XP and Windows 7 support in a corporate environment. A+ preferred

OVERVIEW:

- Troubleshoots and installs hardware and software.
- Tests configured systems for appropriate functioning and troubleshoots for any errors found.
- Troubleshoots malfunctioning units using efficient problem solving techniques and departmental procedures.
- Researches hardware and software literature to keep abreast on new product/service developments and announcements.
- Works with Lead Technicians on difficult to solve problems or configurations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Entry level - 3 years deskside support experience required
- CompTIA A+
- Desktop break-fix experience
- Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Experience using Imaging Software
- Microsoft Office skills
