LOCATIONS: Beaverton, OR

HOURS : 8am-5pm M-F

PAY RATE: $12-13/hr.

ABOUT THE JOB:

We are looking for IT Support Specialists or Desktop Technician who has hands on experience supporting, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware and peripherals. The ideal candidates will have their A+ certification, experience working with ticketing systems in a large enterprise environment. This position is a 1-Year contract position with a Fortune 200 client.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups
- Resolve calls that have been escalated in the Call Tracking system and assume primary responsibility for client's Workstation support
- Provide hands-on and remote controlled Workstation support services while also providing expertise on support services when requested by peers and clients
- Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems
- Provide true customer service oriented Desktop support

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Desktop or Desk side support role
- A+ Certification highly preferred
- MUST have RECENT experience with Windows XP & 7, and Microsoft Office Suite
- MAC experience is always a plus
- Strong communication, organization and planning, work ethic, client facing and interpersonal skills.
