Client is looking for a Desktop Support Tech for a 12 month contract opportunity. Candidates must have 3+ years of deskside support experience, preferably in a large corporate environment. Candidates MUST have HP and Lenovo hardware certifications. Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.

TASKS AND INCIDENTS WILL INCLUDE:

- IMAC/Disposals
- All client PC issues (software M/A/C, hardware repair, etc.)
- Proactively identifying any on-site issues and work with the LOB's to address/fix/implement changes
- Install/connect/reinstall network printers
- Imaging and data transfers

NOT REQUIRED, BUT NICE TO HAVE:

- AutoCad
- Sharepoint
- Jmp
- Camtasia
- Adobe Professional
- Mindjet
