Projektbeschreibung

The candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. The individual must also exhibit the ability to communicate technical knowledge to a non-technical audience (ie end-users).  Must be able to perform in a demanding environment and be capable of handling multiple priorities.   

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Must be able to demonstrate excellent technical skills and  learn new technologies quickly  
- Good interpersonal skills  
- Good project management skills  
- Excellent customer service skills  
- EXCELLENT WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF WINDOWS 7, MICROSOFT EXCHANGE, LENOVO DESKTOPS AND LAPTOPS  

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A BANKING/FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IS CRITICAL  
- Excellent knowledge of trade desk support software  
- Must have hands-on technical experience working in a Lenovo shop
