We are looking for IT Support Specialists who have hands on experience supporting, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware and peripherals. In this job, you will work directly with the end user supporting laptop/desktop and printer issues. This is a 3 month contract position with a Fortune 500 client.

EXPERIENCE:

- 3-5 years of desktop support
- A+ certification (preferred)
- Data migrations, deployments, and SCCM/OSD
- Windows XP/7
- MS Office 2003-10
- General networking issues
- Laptop/desktop hardware
- Familiarity with a ticketing system and SLA's
