I am working with my client to find a Desktop Support Engineer for an exciting rolling contract opportunity near Stockholm.
The Desktop Support Engineer MUST speak Swedish.
Key Role of Desktop Support:
- Support and troubleshooting technical issues
- Desktop Build/Disposal
- Tagging of Desktops
- End User Data Migration
- Software installation
- Train and mentor new team members
The Desktop Support Engineer MUST have at least 3-5 years expertise in the Desktop.
Criteria for Evaluation (in order of importance)
- Expert in Desktop Build
- Knowledge of build tools, Symantec Ghost, Microsoft tools
- Experienced in Build/Re Build/Disposal of Assets
