Desktop Support Specialist (Secret Clearance) Job

DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Portland, OR.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Advanced Active Directory experience
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Windows XP/7
- Advanced knowledge with COTS ticketing system, ie Remedy

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide IT customer support with break/fix Windows OS, printers etc
- Work directly with end users to for IT Support
- Troubleshoot, Windows XP/7 OS, printers and other IT Systems

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Active Secret or higher clearance
- Must be Security+ CE Certified
- Advanced experience with troubleshooting, resolving IT Break/Fix issues

BONUS POINTS!

- Prior military experience
- A+ Certification
