Desktop Support Specialist (Secret Clearance)

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our client in Dahlgren, Virginia.

POSSESSION OF A SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Customer Service Rep is assigned Remedy/SM7 tickets by the Queue manager.
- They then schedule appointments to meet with the customer and provide desk side customer support.
- The CSR works to resolve the user's PC, peripheral or connectivity issue using various troubleshooting skills and technical skill.

JOB Qualifications:
- Security+ Certification must be obtained before applying for request
- VALID SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE (SECRET) IS NEEDED BEFORE START DATE
