Desktop Support Specialist (Secret Clearance)

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our Client in North Island NAS, CA.

POSSESSION OF AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

JOB OVERVIEW:
- Work hours are 0730 - 1600

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide computer and printer hardware as well as COTS/GOTS software break/fix support
- Take first tier inbound IT calls and provide IT customer support
- Utilize Remedy ticketing system or similar technology to manage/track calls

Job Qualifications:
- Computer and printer hardware as well as COTS/GOTS software experience needed
- Two (2) plus years of experience required
- COMPTIA Security + certification is required.
