Yoh has a contract opportunity for a DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our client in TWENTYNINE PALMS, CA.

POSSESSION OF AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Contractor will provide desk side support for the users on their Microsoft Operating Systems.
- This position provides End User Services in direct desk side support to the customer troubleshooting and repairing computers and peripheral devices.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Active Security+
- Applicants should possess good customer skills and knowledge of computer troubleshooting processes as they relate to Connectivity Support, Software program operations and device hardware issues.
- Applicants should be familiar with Personnel Identifiable Information and the protection of data.
