Desktop Support Specialist - Secret Clearance

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our client in Quantico, Virginia.

POSSESSION OF A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The position will provide onsite desktop support for the NMCI/CoSC users at Quantico, Marine Corp Base.

Job Qualifications:
- MUST have a Security + CE Certification
- A+ or NET+ are highly desired
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AN 8 HOUR DAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 6 A.M. AND 6 P.M. FIVE DAYS A WEEK. SOME OVER TIME MAY BE REQUIRED
- Must have prior work experience in a desk side support role,
- Must have knowledge of the Microsoft computing environment, HP and Dell computing equipment,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- Experience working with an online ticket management system,
- Experience working directly with customers to resolve desktop computing, peripheral, connectivity issues and/or installing additional computing services
