Desktop Support Specialist - Secret

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SECRET CLEARED DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our client in Goose Creek, South Carolina.

POSSESSION OF A DOD SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The position will provide onsite desktop support for the NMCI/CoSC users at Goose Creek, SC.

Job Qualifications:
- Must be able to work an 8 hour day between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. five days a week. Some over time may be required.
- Must have prior work experience in a desk side support role.
- Must have knowledge of the Microsoft computing environment, HP and Dell computing equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with an online ticket management system.
- Experience working directly with customers to resolve desktop computing, peripheral, connectivity Issues and/or installing additional computing services.
- Must have a SEC+ and an A+ or NET+ will push to the top.
