Desktop Support Specialist (Secret)

YOH has a contract opportunity for a DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our client in WASHINGTON, DC.

APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The position will provide onsite desktop support for a DOD Customer in Anacostia in Washington DC.
- Working with an online ticket management system.
- Working directly with customers to resolve desktop computing, peripheral, connectivity issues and/or installing additional computing services.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work an 8 hour day between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. five days a week.
- Some over time may be required.
- Must have prior work experience in a desk side support role.
- Must have knowledge of the Microsoft computing environment, HP and Dell computing equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with an online ticket management system.
- Experience working directly with customers to resolve desktop computing, peripheral connectivity issues and/or installing additional computing services.
- Must have a SEC+.
