Desktop Support Specialist - Secret

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a DESKTOP SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our client in San Diego, California.

CANDIDATE NEEDS TO HAVE A SECRET CLEARANCE WITH SSBI.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Tier 2 Support to active duty military personal and civilians.
- Troubleshooting.
- Maintenance and Repair.
- Installation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- CANDIDATE NEEDS TO HAVE A SECRET CLEARANCE WITH SSBI.
- A+ cert and Security+ cert are required or within three (3) months of employment.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software on Dell/HP laptops, desktops, Xerox/HP network/desktop printers, installing peripherals (BB's, scanners, printers etc), working with a ticketing system (Remedy and SM7), working in a team and individual environment, working with the highest ranking Navy and Marine Corps officers and Gov customers.
- Ability to learn by on the job training, shadowing current employees and retaining what is taught.
- Also able to be flexible with processes and procedures that are always changing.
- Some on call work will be required on occasion.
