SOFTWARE SPECIALISTS IS LOOKING FOR DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST IN READING, PA (08 MONTHS ASSIGNMENT) FOR ONE OF OUR PRESTIGIOUS CLIENT

JOB TYPE: CONTRACT

JOB TITLE: DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST

LOCATION: READING, PA 19612

DURATION: 08 MONTHS

PAYRATE:$22.00 PER HOUR ON W2

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Configure ruggedized laptop PCs with IT standard software configurations and procedures.
- Troubleshoot ruggedized WMI computers and infrastructure at various sites across Client's territories,
- Utilize software distribution tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Associate's or BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience providing PC support
- Excellent interpersonal skills and solid PC support skills are required for this position.
- Strong analytical skills to resolve problems and think creatively.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a virtual environment (working with remote co-workers using virtual technologies).
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word as well as MS-Outlook.
