The Desktop Support Officer will Provide IT service desk and desktop support to senior management team. Amazing opportunity for a mid level Desktop Support officer to provide technical support in a well known media company based in the CBD. Great work culture; and potential for career progression.

The Role:

- Provide 1st- 2nd level support to all internal staff in a busy desktop environment.
- Answer incoming support calls and resolve issues.
- Log additional incidents in a support database.
- Monitor internal support incidents as they are tracked in the Service Desk database.
- Migration from windows to MAC environment.
- Ensure all requests are responded to within agreed SLA's
- Deal with all Service Desk calls during the designated prime time coverage.

Requirements:

- Experience using EDRMS.
- Windows 7/XP/2010 Operating Systems
- Experience using SCCM, Altiris, or similar imaging systems.
- Excellent problem solving abilities.
- Proven experience supporting mac/apple products in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and service delivery
- Preferred experience with Service Desk technologies.
