My client, a leading global managed services provider requires a candidate to come in and work as Desktop Support on site at a prestigious end client. This role sits within the Service Operations department of the client, ensuring that exposure to previous customer facing roles is key. The ideal candidate is:

- Strong with both verbal and written communication
- Very smartly presented
- Passion to succeed
- Very customer focused
- Strong with Microsoft Windows support
- Familiar with the IT Market and Tablet Solutions
- Experienced with ServiceNow, ITIL, Windows environments, Citrix and TCP/IP
- Educated to MCE level Milton Keynes - Initial 3 Months - Market Rate
