Desktop Support (Microsoft Windows 7, Apple IOS for Iphone + Ipad

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft standard office suite at Windows 7, Office 2010/2013
- Microsoft Windows 7 certified
- Experience with Apple IOS for iPhone + Ipad

SOFT SKILLS:

- Experience in supporting board members & executives with their lap/desktop & mobile devices
- Experience to prioritize support needs  in such an executive community
- Strong developed communication skills
- Flexible & stress resistant
- Deliver high class services being an Unisys representative
- Assist with in-and external board meetings
- Good administration skills to update our incident management support systems
- Able to travel between HQ and remote locations

ADDITIONAL: NEEDS TO HAVE HIS/HER OWN CAR AND DRIVING LICENSE. GOOD LANGUAGE SKILLS IN BOTH DUTCH AND ENGLISH

THIS IS A FULL TIME, 5 DAY PER WEEK POSITION, OF WHICH 1 DAY PER WEEK IN AMSERSFOORT, 1 DAY PER WEEK DESK SITE SUPPORT (DSS) AT CAMPUS SITE IN  BOXMEER AND 1 DAY PER WEEK DSS IN  PUTTEN (FIXED ONSITE OBLIGATIONS). OTHER 2 DAYS FLEXIBLE ON VARIOUS NUTRECO LOCATIONS.  FUNCTION AS FULL-BACKUP IN CASE THE REGULAR BOXMEER CAMPUS ENGINEER IS NOT AVAILABLE.
