Due to recent growth, our client has an urgent requirement for a full time level 1/2 helpdesker to come and join their successful support team, in the eastern suburbs. You will encompass enthusiasm, dedication and a drive to succeed in a role that has the potential to lead on to other areas of the business.

Interviews will be conducted ASAP and applicant must be able to start within a week's notice.

SKILL SET:

- Windows Desktop Environment - OS (XP/7)
- Active Directory
- Strong experience with hardware troubleshooting and fault identification - desktops/workstations/laptops/printers etc
- Basic Network troubleshooting

ADVANTAGEOUS:

SCCM is a big plus!
