COMPUCOM IS LOOKING FOR A DESKTOP SERVICE LEAD

The Team Lead Level follows standard practices and procedures in analysing situations or data. Ability to understand and explain innovative and cost effective solutions using integrated data processing and communication solutions. Provides technical support for local area networks and other systems engineering related activities. Works with more senior level personnel in performing research and feasibility studies, design reviews, and technical briefings. Responds to customer inquiries regarding technical issues.

Supports company products and systems. Provides technical support in presentations, demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products to ensure the system is functioning according to specifications. Responsible for the technical correctness and completeness of integrated systems designs.

BASIC SKILL SET NEEDED IS:

- 5+ years of related work experience, or Bachelor's degree, or technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have experience managing/leading a team in a supervisor capacity
- Hands on experience with SCCM 2012
- Experience managing day to day operations including, metrics reporting
- Experience as a vendor onsite with an end client
- Experience with desks support and service desk
- Experience with Managed Services contracts with SLA compliance and penalties
- Metrics reporting and trend analysis
- Any retail experience a plus
- Any experience with off-shore teams a plus
- Experience with Service Now incident management tool a plus
