You will be responsible for:
- Providing level 2 support for internal users
- Providing face to face support to users
- Troubleshooting PC/laptops, network connectivity, email, phones, peripherals, software, user issues, etc
- Performing Anti-virus and PC health checks
- Arranging visitor access.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Strong customer service experience and people skills are essential.
- Previous hands on Desktop support experience is essential.
- Knowledge of Windows Servers/Desktops
- Ability to work as part of a team.
