Projektbeschreibung

Desktop Support Engineer (Service Desk) is immediately required by leading global organisation based in London.

Technical skills needed: MS Office 13, MS Outlook, MS Lync, SCCM, Service Manager and SharePoint

Customer focus skills and behaviour really key

Lync experience required - knowing how the various components work, experience supporting on different hardware (mobiles upwards) troubleshooting performance and connectivity issues.

Service Manager - Must have experience with the system for incident logging, converting incidents to problem records, raising service and change requests etc. Other System Centre products like Config manager would be advantageous.

General 2nd line Outlook support experience is also required.

Sound ITIL experience/understanding is also sought

SharePoint support experience would be an advantage.
