Prestigious Professional Services Firm is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to work on handling incoming support phone calls and setting up trouble tickets. Looking for an individual who has 1-2 years IT experience working on desktop operating systems and hardware. Must have a good reason as to why you want to work part time and will stay the entire 6 months.
Level 1 support desk - answering the support phone, inputting help desk tickets.
Providing base assistance that can occur over the phone. No desk side visits.
Windows/XP at the desktop, Windows 2003 AD for password reset, creation, etc.
Active Directory adds, moves and changes
Start immediately, 6 month engagement
