Looking for a Desktop Support Engineer that has excellent communication skills that wants to work part-time (9am - 1pm) for 6 months. This is an perfect role if you are taking classes or semoi retired. You will be inputing help desk tickets, basic assistance over the phone, desktop, windows XP support, AD add moves and changes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Level 1 Support Desk - answering the support phone, inputting help desk tickets.
- Providing base assistance that can occur over the phone. No desk side visit
- Windows/XP at the desktop, Windows 2003 AD for password reset, creation, etc.
- 9am - 1pm
- 6 month engagement
